Delta Center’s mission is rooted in its name. In its inception, the meaning of delta was chosen as it is defined as the coming together of different pathways. Delta Center’s logo, a triangle, is the 4th letter of the Greek alphabet. In math, the triangle represents the concept of difference. As Delta Center has grown and changed, our mission remains the same; to explore the divergent paths of our lives and find the difference between what we know and what we are discovering. The exploration provides the opportunity to make a conscious difference in our thoughts, feelings, and behaviors in the process of changing ourselves and the lives of those most significant to us.

Delta Center of Wisconsin is excited to announce our partnership with Sherman Counseling, a counseling practice with offices in Appleton, Green Bay, Manitowoc, and Oshkosh.  We want to assure you that most of what you know about Delta Center will remain the same.  Our name, location, therapists, and staff will not change.  We share identical practice philosophies, providing the highest level of care for our clients in a confidential, safe, and warm environment. Our commitment to improving the quality of your life and your relationships are most important to us and that will never change.

Sharon Teschke, MSE, MSW, LCSW, LMFT

Sharon Teschke, MSE, MSW, LCSW, LMFT

Sharon is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. She obtained a Master’s Degree in Social Work and earned a certificate in Marriage and Family Therapy. She has been a clinical member of the American Association of Marriage and Family Therapy (AAMFT) since April 1996.

Her background includes nine years as a certified school counselor and 20+ years in private practice as a Marriage and Family Therapist. She is trained in Solution Focused Therapy and Family Therapy.

Sharon has advanced training in working with women, couples, and families using a systems approach to finding solutions to life’s challenges. She utilizes individual, couple, and family therapy to provide opportunities to explore challenges, identify strengths and assist clients in making choices to live life differently.

Specialties:
Individual, family, couple, and marital therapy.  Adolescent and adult issues include anxiety disorders, depression, sexual abuse, eating disorders, grief, loss, stress, self-esteem, relationships, LGBTQ, and women’s issues.  Alcohol and drug issues are dealt with within the context of how it impacts work, family, and relationships.
